To further prioritize customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day full right of return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. This allows you to return the item within 14 days and receive a refund or exchange if the product remains in its original condition.

 

Payment

We offer multiple payment options to make your shopping experience convenient. At Martinez Wardrobe, you can make payment using Visa Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, MobilePay or Diners Club.

When you place an order with us, rest assured that payment will only be deducted from your account once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. This ensures that you are charged accurately for the items you are purchasing.

 

Prices

At Martinez Wardrobe, our prices are listed in Euros and already include the EU VAT (Value Added Tax). This means that the price you see for each item on our website is the total price you will pay, inclusive of any applicable VAT.

 

Order confirmation

Once you have successfully placed an order, you can expect to receive an order confirmation via email. This email serves as a confirmation that your order has been received and is being processed.

In the rare event that errors or omissions occur during the order processing, and we are unable to fulfill or deliver your order, you will be promptly notified via email. This notification will inform you of any issues and provide further details regarding the situation.

It is important to note that in cases where certain items are out of stock, we may need to make reservations or adjustments to your order. This means that if an item you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you accordingly and work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

 

Shipping

At Martinez Wardrobe, we prioritize prompt shipping and delivery of your items. We offer shipping to Europe and worldwide, ensuring that our customers can enjoy our products no matter their location.

Once you place an order, the goods will be shipped to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. It's important to note that if there is no one available at the specified delivery point or if there is limited space, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point. You will receive a notification informing you of the new pickup location. Should any issues arise during the delivery process, please contact our customer service for assistance.

We strive to deliver goods on weekdays. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

Denmark: 2-5 working days.

Rest of Europe: 2-7 working days.

Countries outside Europe: 5-10 working days.

For certain goods, special delivery conditions may apply. These conditions will be clearly communicated to you before the purchase is completed.

All packages are shipped with DHL and are insured. They will be sent to your chosen address or a designated depot (Pakkeshop). If the chosen address or depot is unable to receive the package, it will be redirected to the nearest Parcel depot for your convenience. You will receive an email or SMS notification once the package is ready for collection.

Please be aware that during busy periods, there may be instances of out-of-stock items and extended delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

 

International customers

For our international customers, it is important to note that customs clearance, VAT (Value Added Tax), and any applicable taxes are not included in the price or shipping costs. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every country has its own customs and tax regulations, and the fees associated with importing goods can vary. We recommend contacting your country's Customs and Tax authorities to determine the specific customs clearance procedures and any additional costs that may apply to your order.

Please be aware that during busy periods, there may be instances where certain items are out of stock or extended delivery times are experienced. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

Right of withdrawal

At Martinez Wardrobe, we offer a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased on martinezwardrobe.com. If you wish to cancel your order and return the item, please ensure that all tags and price tags from Martinez Wardrobe remain intact on the item. The item should be in the same condition as it was sent to you. If the item has been tried on, washed, processed, or used in connection with styling for photoshoots, social media, or any other purpose, it will be considered used, and your right of cancellation will expire. Additionally, please include all packaging you received, and ensure that the item does not carry any odors such as smoke or perfume when we receive it.

To initiate a cancellation, you must notify us no later than 14 days after the purchase. The cancellation period starts from the time you have received the item at the depot or private address. We must physically receive the returned goods no later than 14 days after your purchase.

To inform us about your cancellation, please send an email to [email protected]. In your email, clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Simply refusing to receive the item without notifying us via email at [email protected] is not considered a valid cancellation.

Please note that regrets, complaints, or other relevant information can only be communicated via email and not through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or other email addresses. If the deadline for cancellation falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Sunday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following weekday. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the rejection of the returned item.

 

Return

When returning an item, the return costs are your own responsibility. You are required to send the order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of cancellation. Please note that you must bear the direct costs associated with the return.

To ensure a safe return, it is your responsibility to properly pack the item and take measures to prevent damage to both the item and its packaging during transit. Including a copy of the order confirmation with the returned item is necessary. Additionally, completing and attaching our cancellation form, if available, will expedite the shipping process.

Please be aware that you bear the full risk for the item from the time it is delivered to you until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery (COD) payment method.

Please note that the freight company you use for the return must be able to deliver to this address. We do not accept parcels delivered to parcel shops or post offices.

 

Refund

If you decide to return your purchase, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid. However, if there is any impairment to the item for which you are liable, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

The repayment will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original purchase. Once we have received the item back and verified that it meets the cancellation requirements, we will proceed with the refund process. If the item is in the same condition as when it was sent, we will refund the purchase amount to you.

After the refund has been processed, you will receive a receipt confirming that the money has been refunded to you. The refund for the returned item will be issued within 5 banking days.

If you require a refund, please provide us with your bank details, including your account number and account name, so that we can transfer the agreed amount to you. You can safely disclose this information via email to [email protected].

If you, as a consumer, are unsatisfied with the resolution we provide for your complaint and we are unable to find a mutual solution, you have the option to file a complaint through the European Commission's online complaints portal. Right of complaint

At Martinez Wardrobe, all goods purchased are protected by the regulations of the Purchase Act, which includes a 2-year right of complaint. This means that if you encounter any issues with the purchased item, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years in accordance with the Purchase Act.

To qualify for a complaint, it is necessary to provide a valid justification. The complaint does not cover errors or damages resulting from incorrect handling or treatment of the product. It is important to notify us of the defect or fault within a reasonable timeframe after discovery. Depending on the specific situation, you may be eligible for options such as repair, exchange, refund, or a reduction in price. If you make the complaint within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

When returning an item for a complaint, it should be appropriately packaged to avoid damage during transit. Please ensure you obtain a receipt for the shipment, as it is your responsibility to ensure that we receive the goods.

Delivery of wrong product
